Star Wars Mailbox

Finished:

Just a plain black mailbox to start:

Sanded down to prepare the surface for airbrush work:

I snuck Darth Vader in here, in between photo sessions.....

Star Wars Logo Added:

The name is done in the same style as the Star Wars logo, but it looks kind of interesting like this with the tape over it:

Here's what it really looks like:

I snuck in the ship Slave-1 when no one was looking. I also added some stars.
Here's the artwork I used to add the ship:

The flag fits nicely just under the lettering:

We were going to add more graphics here, but we thought it might be too much. We decided to just add some highlights and stars to the name:

Imperial Flag added to top of mailbox:

We added the Rebel Alliance emblem to the front and the back:
