Cursor will not change in IE 9

Here is a 1970 Chevelle SS 454 LS6 Convertible that I restored. Sorry, there are no completely finished pictures as the owner did the rest of the work and I lost contact with him after he picked up the car. I have a ton of pictures of the "Before" and "During" stages.

Here are some shots of it as it left the shop, still partially masked up on a 20 degree day (customer's idea, not mine. He must have had some real fun getting all that frozen tape residue off....) He knew everything.......
