Adding Sound to your Forums
Time: June 19 10:32am

To add a sound to your forum, add the following code to your header, footer or description block.. Also, your forum MUST BE enabled for HTML. To do that, if it is not, you MUST follow THIS LINK and ask for it to be HTML enabled.

<embed src="LOCATION_OF_YOUR_SOUND_FILE" autostart="true" loop="false" width="185" height="40" align="center"></embed>
It will display a box like this for your users to modify the sound options:

You must have the sound file on your website or stored online somewhere (you cannot upload sound files to your realms at Network54).
Make sure you use the absolute path to the sound file, for example,
http://www.yourwebsitename.com/sounds/filename.mid
You can change some of the options as well. Setting autostart to "false" will force the user  to hit the Play button to hear the sound. Setting loop to "true" will loop the sound until it drives you insane. You can also change the height and width of the sound console.
