Here is the car when we picked it up and a few renditions of what the car will look like:

Here is how the car arrived:

This is a major improvement over the 88 Mustang project we started with. This car is in one piece, at least. There are no major rot holes, and the only damage is the right front fender. The rest is pretty straight and solid, although we'll be cutting it up anyway......

Here it is after one day of work...

The front bumper, rear bumper, all the lights and most of the interior is out. The engine is ready to come out. Most of the trim on the body is off. The next step is to pull the engine and transmission, remove the rest of the trim, then the glass has to come out. We've agreed on removing 5" out of the roof.... We were looking for a new right front fender, just to save some time, but we didn't find one, so we'll be straightening that one.... The first step in the custom work is welding the hood to the fenders to make the nose one piece, but first things first, the engine has to go.....

The engine is out...

Lots of cleaning to do here.....

Rear Flip Trunk, done May 16th:

No Kits Here....

We used door hinges from a Chevy Van to reverse the trunklid.

The following pictures (courtesy of Shane from FTHR Magazine) prove we got Jesse to do some work.....
